Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. This happens in two places on this site:
The contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter, along with your stated interest (adopting, waiting list, or a general question).
Direct messages. If you reach us by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Instagram instead, we receive whatever information is visible through those platforms (such as your name, handle, phone number, or profile details), governed by that platform's own privacy policy.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on this site. The site does load typefaces from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address as part of delivering the font files — see Google's own privacy policy for details.
How We Use Your Information
We use the details you share solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss adoption or the waiting list, and — if you become part of our My Destiny family — to stay in touch about your kitten. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and any embedded third-party content (such as social media links) may set minimal technical cookies required for them to function, controlled by those third parties rather than by us.
Third-Party Links
Our site links out to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Once you leave our site through one of these links, that platform's own privacy policy applies — we have no control over how they handle your data.
Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions and correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or, if you adopt a kitten from us, for the ongoing relationship and any health-guarantee obligations that follow. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
Your Rights
Wherever you're located — including under the EU's GDPR, if you're writing to us from the European Union — you may ask us to:
access the personal information we hold about you; correct it if it's inaccurate; delete it; or stop using it for a particular purpose.

Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults inquiring about kitten adoption and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
